送餐机器人俗称智能运输机器人，是将做好的餐饮产品按时送到的餐桌的服务，该机器人具有自主行走能力，并且自主躲避障碍物等相关的安全防护措施。机器人在检测到已放置食物，并接收到送餐桌号指令后，将自动沿磁条行至对应桌号的餐桌，旋转90度面向顾客，同时发出语音提醒（可自行设置所发语音），待检测到顾客已将食物取下后，将原地旋转回轨道，并返回取餐点待命。在行走途中，如果遇到障碍物，机器人将会发出语音提醒。
